The Civil Service College, Dhaka (CSCD) is a post-graduate institution offering a degree, Master of Public Affairs (MPA), with specialization in the areas of (a) Governance and Public Policy and (b) International Economic Relations.
CSC The College was established as a Foundation in 2006 having been registered under the Trust Act of 1882. It was also registered under the Foreign Donations (Voluntary Activities) Regulation Ordinance, 1978 as an NGO.
