Entry Requirements

  • Officers of BCS Cadres, class-I Gazetted Officers, Executives of Public Sector Corporations, Private Sector Corporate Bodies, Banks, Financial Sector Institutions, Educational and Research Institutions & NGOs.
  • Minimum Masters degree or four years’ Bachelor Degree with two years’ service experience, or Three years’ Bachelor Degree with three years’ experience, or Two years’ Bachelor Degree with four years’ experience
  • Fresh graduate having excellent academic result.
  • Minimum point 6; where 1st Division/Class/CGPA above 3.5 = 3, 2nd Division/Class/CGPA 2.75 t o < 3.5 = 2, 3rd Division/Class/CGPA: 2.00 to < 2.75 = 1
  • All eligible applicants will have to appear in a written test and interview

One time payment of Tk. 1,000/- to 2,000/- depending on the registration status of a student.  Amount fixed by the University of Dhaka from time to time.

  • Tuition fee for the whole program of 18 months Tk 25,000/- for BCS Cadre & Class-I Gazetted Officers and Tk 40,000/- for others and Admission fee of Tk. 2,000/, plus Registration fees, Examination fees and other charges as prescribed, fully payable at the time of admission.
  • In special circumstances, subject to permission of the higher authority, tuition fees could be paid semester-wise, in which case Tk. 2,000/- will be charged as admission fee for every semester
  • Timing

    Admission Form Collection Time:

    • Saturday to Monday        - 2.00 pm to 8.00pm
    • Tuesday and Wednesday - 10.00 am to 5.30 pm

     

    Class Time (after admission):

    • Saturday 3.00 pm to 9.30 pm
    • Sunday and Monday- 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm
    • Admission to Masters in Public Affairs (MPA)

    This is for information of all applicants who qualified for admission to Masters in Public Affairs (MPA) program of Civil Service College, Dhaka that admission will begin from Saturday, 3rd December and end on Wednesday, 14th December, 2011. The qualified candidates shall be required to pay the following fees and submit the documents mentioned below at the time of admission: Fees:

    a) Admission fee

    Tk.2000/

    b) Tuition fee for the whole program of 18 months, if paid in one installment  at the time of initial admission*

    TK.25,000/for government officers and
    Tk.40,000/for non-government officers

    c) Registration fee**

     Tk. 2000/

    d)Migration/Renewal    

    Tk.  1000/

    e) Library Charge

    Tk.  1000/

    f) Excursion

    Tk.  1000/

    g) In addition, they will be required to pay examination fees for each semester prescribed by Dhaka University

    N.B. Tuition fee to be paid in the form of pay order in the name of  “Civil Service College, Dhaka”.
    * Tuition fee can also be paid semester-wise, in which case Tk.2000/to be charged as admission fee for every semester.
    ** Registration fees will not be required for the students who passed from the   University of Dhaka

    Documents required:
    a) All original certificates will have to be shown at the time of admission.
    b) All academic certificates duly attested by 1st class Gazetted Officer/Principal/Head Master of School/Bank Manager and Notary Public to be submitted in the admission office with
