The College was established as a Foundation in 2006 having been registered under the Trust Act of 1882. It was also registered under the Foreign Donations (Voluntary Activities) Regulation Ordinance, 1978 as an NGO. The Civil Service College Board of Trustees consists of the following:
The Mission of the College is capacity development of public and private sector executives through strengthening their knowledge, skills and competence and by enhancing their commitment, motivation and dedication to the interest of the country and its people.
